Design your own menu from the choices below and we’ll price accordingly; generally between £35 - £45 per head for three courses.

Roast sirloin of beef with a watercress and pea purée
Venison with chestnuts, cranberries and wild mushrooms
Lemon Sole with a hazelnut and mustard crust
Pumpkin, spinach and mushroom Wellington with plum chutney
Roast squash with porcini cream
Served with a selection of seasonal vegetables

Plum and almond tart with ginger ice cream
Blackberry and limoncello trifle
Marmalade and chocolate bread and butter pudding
Selection of Sussex cheeses with chutneys and crackers
