Roast organic turkey and ‘pigs in blankets’ with apricot and rosemary stuffing, bread sauce and cranberry and orange sauce
Roast sirloin of beef with Yorkshire pudding and horseradish sauce, Chestnut and artichoke en croute

Both served with roast potatoes, honeyed parsnips, buttered carrots and Brussels’ sprouts

Christmas pudding with brandy butter
Old fashioned sherry trifle
Local cheese and biscuits with homemade chutneys
